Order Processing

All orders are processed before they are shipped.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and availability. In most cases, orders are processed within 4–10 business days before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery: Typically 1–2 business days after dispatch (where available)

Europe

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

International Orders

  • Standard International Delivery: Approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers, particularly for larger furniture items.

If this occurs:

  • Your order may arrive in separate deliveries

  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

Infinity Collection is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping providers.


Tracking Your Order

Please note that some carriers may only update tracking information once the parcel reaches the local delivery network.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed once an order has been placed.

Infinity Collection cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.


International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to collect from the courier

additional delivery or re-shipping fees may apply.
